I’m a 43 years old Mining worker with 25 years’ experience in the engineering mechanical trade. I love my profession so much, but nothing would compare to a home business lifestyle where I would enjoy the opportunity to earn some income in the comfort of my home every day without having to travel away for work.
At my age, I’m still active and energetic to perform my duties which are mostly manual handling and climbing the stairs of a processing plant to fix some broken down machines. This energy gradually disappears as one gets older , I have seen my older colleagues complaining and having difficulties with performing their duties . This is the reason why a home business lifestyle is a more appropriate solution to build an early comfortable retirement package and also generate extra income.
My experiences over the years
I have seen tradespeople like myself being promoted and rising the corporate ladders to leadership and managerial positions like being Supervisors, Superintendents, engineering managers and others. This promotion comes with more responsibility, a lucrative remuneration package and subsequently a quality lifestyle for the families involved.
As we now live in a world which is dynamic, volatile and full of surprises, things have been known to change without warning creating a lot of panic and stress among the workforce. Organisations always change strategies regularly to cope with the demands of the ever-shifting economic climate. Businesses of today are forced to exercise continual flexibility in policies to adapt to new market trends so as to stay afloat and keep making a profit.
Automation is also mercilessly hard hitting the traditional economy. A lot of mining truck drivers are bound to lose jobs as dump trucks are now being remotely controlled , most mining processes are being automated and synchronized from control rooms through software.
As if it were not enough, experienced in recent years the economic recession also strikes, trading markets collapse forcing some companies to react by laying off workers while some entirely close down resulting in massive job losses. Due to rising costs, some companies resort to outsourcing some of their services abroad where labor is cheap so as to remain viable.

These dynamic changes by companies so as to try and remain in business create a lot of bruises among the workforce as some workers are made redundant in the process and thus losing their only means of livelihood. More often than not the workers are usually caught off guard creating a lot of suffering among the families.
Promotion, when you are a tradesman, does not constitute to any academic qualification, I have seen people holding high positions being laid off but then opting to go back to the tools for a lesser pay so as to try and manage their family commitments.
Drawing lessons from the misery I have seen happening in other people, It, therefore, goes without saying that it is essential to be always prepared by investing in yourself so that you are proactively in a position to counter the economic challenges in the event of any unpredictable predicament. Making income online through a home business lifestyle package does not require some large investment capital and is the best option.
Having a Plan B of going to do a lesser paying job in the event of a crisis is a desperate and stressful move. The misery of swallowing your pride to work alongside your former subordinates for less pay. Working with youngsters who are still vibrant and energetic while your advanced age is also challenging you is a painful experience which is unbearable.
This work change could have a very devastating effect on any individual, just imagine being kicked out of your air conditioned office and going back to the tools, not by choice but being driven by the need to survive is always not the best option.
It is, therefore, a wiser move to make hay while the sun is shining by leveraging the available opportunities out there which make you self-reliant .
